You must have heard that men are more prone to die early due to improper care and diagnosis, which is partly true because men tend to ignore small health concerns and are more hesitant when it comes to consulting a doctor.
This unhealthy trait of men results in late diagnosis of diseases if present which can be fatal in most cases. It is estimated in a year, about 40% of men do not go for any form of checkup. On the other hand, women are paying more attention to their health reason for their healthier and longer lives as compared to men.
The best way to have a better life expectancy is by making efforts to put your physical and mental health in check. To do that it is important to know some health issues men should never ignore.

1. Shortness of breath.
Have you noticed a change in your endurance when carrying out some basic tasks? Shortness of breath is something that we often consider minor however it can turn out to be very bad for your health. If you experience it for a long period of time then it could be a symptom of an underlying health condition such as
i. congestive heart failure or a warning sign for an upcoming heart attack. It could also mean

iii. Lung cancer or an
iii. Undiagnosed blood clot

2. Frequent fatigue.
This often goes unrecognized and undiagnosed as it is mainly associated with hard work and would be gone with time.
If you are, someone who has been an active worker for a couple of years and you start experiencing extreme tiredness then it might be a cause for concern.
Feeling extremely tired and lazy sometimes is normal. However, it is a problem when the feeling is persistent. Dozens of diseases can be hiding under persistent fatigue. Diseases such as diabetes, high, blood, pressure, anxiety, or depression could be the culprit and hence persistent fatigue should be one health concern you shouldn’t ignore
3. Bowel changes.
It is healthy for a person to use the restroom for a bowel movement at least once a day. Any changes in that period or the visibility of the stool can be a sign of an underlying health condition. If you are experiencing any sudden bad changes in your bowel like bleeding or black stool, it can be a sign of concern.
