Ghanaian socialite and Instagram influencer, Mona Faiz Montrage popularly known as Hajia 4 Reall who was been implicated in money laundering and cyber fraud crime has been denied bale according to reports from the US Department of Justice.
Hajia 4Reall didn’t meet some requirements that would have allowed her to be released from custody. This news is disappointing to her fans on social media because Mona recently went live on Instagram to reassure her fans that she would be coming back home soon.

The appeal for bail was thrown out of court because Mona didn’t have relatives who are residents in the US State. The judge stated that they would consider lowering her bond which would mean she would have a little bit of freedom staying under house arrest and being able to move freely in her neighbourhood.
The judge stressed that releasing her on bail posed the risk of the suspect fleeing the country which would be in direct violation of US Justice system section 3142-G.

The defence lawyer, Damian Williams, emphasized that a prison sentence of four to seven years might be imposed based on the facts acquired, notably regarding her suspected involvement in a $2 million romantic scam.
The situation of Hajia 4Reall is now much more precarious as a result of these recent developments.
