Ghanaian female artiste, Mzbel has showered praises on former blackstars player Asamoah Gyan for having an admirable and congenial personality.
The songstress revealed that she has a cordial relationship with Asamoah Gyan, recounting some wonderful memories they used to share on the phone. According to the songstress, they used to talk for long hours.
Mzbel was speaking to Saddick Adams on Angel FM when she revealed that she used to stay in the same area with Asamoah Gyan’s family and they both shared a brother-sister relationship.

“We were very very close. Like we were very close as friends. We used to talk for long hours on the phone and crack jokes…something like that. And we were neighbors. “
Asamoah Gyan’s mother and I were neighbors. I got to know that’s where they live after I got to live in that neighborhood. We were friends already and I didn’t even know his parents lived there,”.

She said in the interview that the former Blackstars captain has an interesting personality with a great sense of humor. She stressed that he is a brother to him and has a lot of fun hanging out with him.
The friendship between the two was evident when the footballer who doubles as a musician performed at Mzbel’s father’s funeral.
The footballer also shared the same opinion about the relationship between himself and Mzbel last year.
