A young Nigerian man has taken to Twitter to lament over how he lost N400,000 equivalent of GHC 10,162 to sports betting.
According to his tweet, the money isn’t even his but his mother’s business capital. The young man sought financial aid from tweeps.
From the betting receipts shared, he didn’t lose all the money in a go but in bits.
The man who goes by the username @tomiwa201 promised to stop betting if he gets help.

His tweet reads “Good morning sir, please help me, I lost over 400k of my mom’s money. I keep chasing my lost. Please, she’s travelling today to buy clothes. I swear I’ll stop betting if you help me. Please. I’ve messaged others no answer. I’m having panic already. I have all the evidence.”
